Job Responsibilities:
- Manage clients/customers & be the primary point of contact for client relations
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
- Build relationships with clients in a personal and professional manner
- Set client expectations and ensure they are met
- Respond to client concerns within 24 hours or less
- Respond to emergency situations within 2 hours
- Understand client maintenance contracts on a high level
- Use screen shots, documents, emails, and text to communicate effectively with clients
- Increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Responsible for working with Business Development team to onboard and integrate new clients
- Liaise between the customer and the software development team
- Collaborate with internal development departments to facilitate client needs
- Organize signed paperwork or approved work orders with a high level of communication
- Assist with field training programs and conducting meetings as needed
- Managing all the company needs in relation to the Aspire software
- Assist with sending reports and photos from web processes to clients as needed.
